Privacy

Short version: this site sets no cookies, tracks nobody across the web, and the only personal data we ever receive is what you type into the contact form. We use it to answer you. That is the whole story — the detail below just spells it out.

Who is behind this site

BRAIN Agency. Write to us at contact@launchwithbrain.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete what we hold about you.

What the site stores on your device

One thing, and only if you ask for it. Choosing Russian or English saves that choice in your browser's local storage, so the site opens in the language you picked. It is one word (en or ru), it never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Beyond that: no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising or social-media trackers. You will never see a cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

What you send us on purpose

The contact form asks for your name, your email and your message. It is delivered to our mailbox by Formspree, which processes the submission on our behalf. We use those details to reply to you and to do the work you asked about — nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.

What happens automatically

• Hosting. The site runs on Netlify. Like every web server, it records requests — IP address, browser, time, page — to deliver the site and to defend it from abuse. Netlify's traffic statistics are counted on the server and are aggregated; they do not identify you and do not use cookies. See Netlify's privacy policy.
• Two script libraries (GSAP and Lenis, which drive the animation) load from the public CDNs cdnjs and jsDelivr. Loading any file from any server necessarily reveals your IP address to it.
• Outbound links — for example our Instagram — lead to sites with their own policies, which we do not control.

How long we keep it

Form messages live in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful — typically the life of a project plus our own records. Ask us to delete your message and we will, then confirm it by email. Server logs are held by Netlify under their retention schedule, not ours.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. One email to contact@launchwithbrain.com is enough — no form, no account. We answer within 30 days, usually the same week. If you are in the EU or the UK and you think we have handled your data badly, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from children under 16.

Changes

If this page changes, the date below changes with it. There is no version history to dig through — what you read here is what applies today.
